I support folks from all walks of life to navigate the changing seasons of life. Whether you want to heal from childhood wounds, build compassion for yourself, improve your relationships, or figure out what’s making you feel “stuck”- I will show up authentically and without judgment to be with you on that journey.

I specialize in working with young adults who are deeply feeling, sensitive individuals. I work with people who are motivated and ready to take on the challenge of connecting to their authentic self, despite growing up in an environment that was invalidating, unable to meet their needs, or harmful.

I am available Monday -Wednesday, and Fridays from 10am-5pm both in office and through telehealth.

I am proudly a therapist who does not use AI note taking, record any sessions, and I do not use any generated images, text, or forms in my practice.
